If you're seeking a solution that's minimally-invasive and doesn't impact employee engagement, you'll love our "audit where it makes sense" or our predictive analytics-based approach!
ROI

Let's face it. In today's economy risk bearing entities, including employers and carriers cannot afford to squander limited resources. To that end we will not only create the right solution for your enterprise, but we will also provide a variety of pricing scenarios including fixed fee, success, hybrid, aggregate ROI guarantee, and free savings corridor. If you've got an ROI or savings threshold please share that with us and we'll develop a solution that helps you meet your goals.
Technology

First and foremost, we are HIPAA-compliant. Our survey engine is driven by Jot Forms (over 20,000,000 users and growing) and our reporting is handled by Tableau which resides on a HIPAA-compliant server. Client documents are stored in ShareFile which is owned and maintained by CItrix, a leading technology infrastructure company. Given the power and flexibility of our technology, we can modify our survey and reporting tool to meet your exact needs within a few days.
Process

Regardless of the approach all of our dependent and working spouse audits share common process elements. Common process elements include: Announcements, Notices, Surveys, Proof Reviews, Reporting, and Savings Analyses. For example, if a client recently performed a dependent audit, we would likely suggest either a Targeted, Random, or Predictive Analytics-driven Audit since auditing 100% of the population would be unnecessary.

Analytics
Analytics is a powerful way to understand what's happening with your dependent population. For example, during the planning stage analytics can be used to better understand which business units and locations have costly dependents. Once the audit is complete, analytics can show which business units and locations have high ineligible dependent rates or new working spouse rates. This information can then be used to drive future governance strategies which when implemented will help control out-of-control healthcare costs.
